Can I cancel my order?
- If your order has not been shipped, in which a tracking number has not been assigned to your order we may of course cancel your order. If it has been shipped you will need to refuse the package at the time of delivery and have it returned to sender. Once SWT receives this return package a refund will be issued for the item returned.
How long does it take for my refund to process?
- Once SWT confirms a refund has been processed it typically takes up to 5-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.

I received the wrong order!
- Oh no we are so sorry! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we do understand that mistakes do occur. As we value your complete satisfaction, our top priority is your shipping experience with us! We will gladly assist you with any issue with your order. Please contact our customer care team within 7 business days of delivery to immediately help you. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of the received items for our team to better assist you!
I typed the wrong address!
- Oh No! If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available. Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, SWT is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at the time the order was placed. Once the order has shipped we will need to keep an eye on the final destination of your package for an alternate resolution to be provided.
Can I change my order?
- No, unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. We may of course cancel your order if it has not been shipped so you may proceed to process a new order with the selected items you wish to receive, simply contact our Customer Care Team to review the status of your order prior to placing a new order.
Can you unsubscribe me from the newsletter?
- Are you sure you want to leave?? We hate to see you leave! You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe.
